Calling all equine enthusiasts!

You are invited to attend an informative discussion with Dr. Trevor Puckett, DVM, on the topic of colic - particularly, winter colic. With fresh snow on the mountains and a chill in the air, now is the time to know what's best for your four-footed friends.

Tuesday, November 2nd @ 6:30pm at the Hood River Saddle Club

Dr. Puckett, who lives in The Dalles, serves the horse community as a mobile veterinarian throughout the Gorge on both sides of the river with weekly travels to Vancouver. He graduated from Virginia Tech (Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine) and worked previously at Portland Meadows as a race track vet. His current focus, as the owner of Pacific Equine Veterinary Services, is on sports medicine.

The presentation will be an interactive dialogue about equine colic. Questions will be welcomed and encouraged.

Whether you currently own a horse or may one day, the invitation is open to all who may be interested. Hood River Saddle Cluib (4384 Belmont Drive) sits at the corner of Belmont and Country Club. Hope to see you there!
