Yes, this is the on-going list for the season but the Uniform Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting all departments and team members for Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur.
It’s Relationship Building : As Uniform Coordinator, you are one of the first people a new employee meets and may see on a regular basis. We launder the departments’ uniforms on site as well as the restaurant linens. This job is well suited for someone who enjoys interacting with staff and working with a team providing an important service: helping people.
It’s Service Oriented: Anticipating needs, you understand the guests’ first impressions start with what they see: a fresh, clean uniform easily recognizable. And you know the impact a newly laundered uniform can make on an employee’s day.
And Dynamic: The Uniform Coordinator is a valued member of the Human Resources Department. This person’s main focus is Uniforms but will also assist with various HR tasks in personnel administration; fulfillment of team member privileges; coordinating employee events; and some cashiering.
When does it start? We are looking to fill the position immediately. The Uniform Coordinator is scheduled full time through the end of the season with work extended into mid-May for end of season check-ins, data entry, and inventory.
What does it take?
Ø Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to exercise discretion
Ø Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team; service and people oriented
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø Previous cashiering experience preferred
Ø Intermediate level or higher with Microsoft Office applications
Ø Available to work weekends and holidays
