We are a locally owned small hotel and vacation rental company located in downtown Hood River serving the Columbia Gorge. We are a part of a full service, multifaceted company, providing a variety of property management services.

You must be someone who thinks outside of the box and is wanting to take that extra step to ensure that our guests are more than happy with our services. Someone who is striving to learn all business operations to be able to take proper initiative and also ensure that rules are being followed. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with the lodging manager, housekeeping and maintenance departments as well as Gorge Rentals and Gorge Property. This job entails light housekeeping and cooking breakfast for the morning guests during the winter season. You must be comfortable around prepping food as well as baking until the summer season begins.

You will be held accountable for ensuring productivity, helping manage our OTA systems, providing excellent customer service to our guests and responding to vacation home rental inquiries. You will also be held accountable for light bookkeeping, vacation home inspections, other tasks as delegated or required, and going that extra mile just because you can. You will help the lodging manager ensure that all policies and procedures are followed while providing constructive feedback to build a more effective and efficient team.

As with all hospitality jobs, mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are a must. This is a part-time year-round position that could potentially turn into full time. You must have open availability with a flexible schedule and willing to come in during emergency call outs. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance is required. A background check will be completed through the hiring process.
